Power: The homestead has 24 hr power provided by solar and wind systems with a back up diesel generator which
usually runs for a couple of hours in the evening. Therefore the use of power draining items such as electric
kettles and toasters is not permitted. Gas alternatives are available.
Water: Water is pumped from bores at the homestead and is of excellent quality. No vehicle washing permitted.
Please use water wisely!
Animals: Happy friendly controlled dogs are welcome. Owners are responsible for picking up ...!
Laundry: Basic laundry facilities are available.
