SELF GUIDED WALKING TOURS - cost $10.00 per person Allow 1-1.5 hrs
Wander at leisure around the old homestead buildings. Soak up the history and take the opportunity to "tread the boards" of one of W.A's oldest shearing sheds. Children will enjoy feeding the ever changing collection of farm animals that live around the homestead. A surprising collection of military vehicles, earthmoving equipment, vintage cars and farm machinery is scattered around the homestead and outlines the development of Murchison House from 1860 to the present day.
An easy wander will lead you to the station cemetery. Here you will find several graves some marked by impressive headstones, others not marked at all. Finish your tour with a complimentary tea or coffee on the lawns of the homestead. Souvenir booklet included.



SELF GUIDED 4WD WILDFLOWER TRAIL (seasonal) - cost $25.00 per person Allow 1.5-3hrs
(tour includes self guided homestead walk)

Murchison House Station offers an incredible display of wildflowers in a picturesque setting. This easy 4WD trail requires minimal 4WD experience and offers visitors a chance to experience wildflowers in a natural bush setting. Relax and follow the marked trail which takes you over the river crossing at the homestead and out on to the stations "home paddocks". More than wildflowers are on display with an abundance of birdlife and wildlife to be seen. Bring a picnic and take advantage of the beautiful locations on offer.

SELF GUIDED 4WD ADVENTURE- cost $50.00 per vehicle. Allow - 4-8 hrs
For those equipped to go off road, 4WD access to the station is now available. Pack a picnic and spend the day exploring some of the tracks on this spectacular and rugged 350 000 acre property. With its varied landscapes, the station offers an incredible display of wildflowers in season as well as wildlife including numerous species of birds, kangaroos, emus and rangeland goats. Find a shady picnic spot on the river or venture out to the coast for access to isolated beaches. You may even stumble across an old outcamp.
